The tennis team from Great Britain travelled to Rio 2016 with their biggest ever squad of players for an Olympic Games overseas.

Andy Murray, who was flag bearer at the opening ceremony, was joined by Johanna Konta, Kyle Edmund, Heather Watson, Jamie Murray, Dominic Inglot and Colin Fleming.

In 2012 Murray memorably won gold with victory over Roger Federer at Wimbledon before claiming the silver with Laura Robson in the Mixed Doubles.

With 42 medal wins, Team GB have won more medals than anyone else and even without a retired Murray in Tokyo, will have high hopes of more medal glory.
