When will I receive my tickets?

The ticket distribution method has not yet been finalised. Your Event Co-ordinator will be in touch closer to the Games to confirm how and when you will receive your tickets.

Can I choose my seats?

It is not possible to select specific seats. Tickets will be allocated to Team GB Live by the Tokyo 2020 Organising Committee closer to the start of the Games. You will find out your exact seats at the point at which you receive your tickets. Where possible, venue maps showing categories are made available as a guide for information purposes only. The guides are not to scale and are an approximation of where you may be seated in a venue. Stadium categorisations are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of the Organising Committee.

Can I change the tickets I’ve got for a different session?

Any requests should be emailed to your Event Co-ordinator and will be looked at on a case by case basis, subject to availability.

Are there children tickets available?

Ticket prices are the same for adults, children and infants (that require seats).

Admission will be free (no ticket required) for one child under the age of two (on the competition day) per one ticket holder, as long as they are seated on the ticket holder's lap. If more than one child under the age of two will be entering the venue per one ticket holder, tickets must be purchased for every child exceeding the above limit.

Is there an e-ticket option?

No. Tickets will be printed souvenir paper tickets.

Once I am in a venue, can I leave and re-enter with the same ticket?

Re-admission will not be permitted at any venue.

How can I get wheelchair and carer tickets?

Wheelchair and carer tickets can be requested from the Organising Committee, they are very limited and are subject to availability. These tickets will be in a designated wheelchair seating area within the venue. One carer ticket can be requested per wheelchair user.

My tickets have been lost, damaged or stolen, can they be replaced?

Once distributed, the tickets are your responsibility and should be kept safe. Team GB Live are unable to replace or reissue tickets.

Will the tickets be printed in English or Japanese?

This information has not been confirmed at this stage.

Can my tickets be linked with another booking?

Any requests should be emailed to your Event Co-ordinator. Where possible tickets will be allocated together, however this cannot be guaranteed.

Can I take a wheelchair with me?

Please advise us in writing if you will be using a wheelchair. Wheelchair and carer tickets must be requested as soon as possible as availability is limited. Please note these tickets include one space for a wheelchair and one temporary chair for the carer in a designated area which may be away from our allocated group seating area. The ticket distribution method will be confirmed closer to the Games.
