What airlines do you use?

We have excellent and long-standing relationships with a wide range of airlines and international hotel brands. We understand the nuances of doing business in Japan and are well equipped to manage these.

We have relationships with the following airlines that operate routes between London Heathrow and Tokyo:

  • British Airways
  • All Nippon Airways
  • Japan Airlines
  • Finnair (a non-direct service via Helsinki)
  • Etihad (non-direct)
  • Singapore (non-direct)

Can I choose my seats on the flight?

Groups seats cannot be pre-booked or pre-payed.  Please advise your Events Co-ordinator of your requirement and we will investigate cost and availability as soon as possible, unfortunately we cannot guarantee any specific seating requests.

Can I upgrade my flights?

Depending on availability, please contact your Event Co-ordinator for updates on available upgrades.

Can you link my flights with our frequent flyer/One World numbers?

As part of a group booking we are unable to link your frequent flyers/One World numbers.  However please do supply your number and we will enter it into the booking.  We would advise you make check in staff aware of your number at the airport.

When will the flight times be available?

Your flight details including timings will be communicated to you in February 2020.

Can you send me my flight times?

An itinerary should be sent to you with all the details related to your flight in February 2020, if this isn’t the case please contact your Event Co-ordinator for more information.

Can I change my flights?

A change can be made to either your outbound or return flight subject to airline availability.  All airline changes are subject to fare increases, additional costs will be communicated to you prior to booking. 

What time does our flight depart?

Can I book extra leg room?

Depending on availability, please request through your Event Co-ordinator.

What is our luggage allowance?

Luggage allowance varies depending on the airline you are travelling with, please speak Event Co-ordinator for information.  This will be detailed in your flight itinerary. 

Has special assistance been arranged for me?

Assistance can be arranged at the airport in advance of your travel, please contact your Event Co-ordinator with details of the assistance required.

Have I completed my API form?

API is required for entry into Japan, a link will be provided closer to your travel date for the required information to be supplied.

Please can you advise the airline of my dietary requirements?

Please inform your Event Co-ordinator of your dietary requirements a minimal of 3 weeks prior to travel to be confirmed with the airline.

Can you confirm that we will be sat together?

Request may be taken, however depending on availability we cannot guarantee this. We will try our best to accommodate.

How much would it cost to upgrade our flights?

Depending on availability, please contact your Event Co-ordinator for updates on available upgrades.

Can I book an aisle/window seat?

Seats are allocated as part of a group booking, please make your  Event Co-ordinator aware of your preferred seating.

How do I collect my BA airmiles?

As part of a group booking we are unable to link your frequent flyers/One World numbers.  However please do supply your number and we will enter it into the booking.  We would advise you make check in staff aware of your number at the airport.

Is there an option to upgrade to Premium Economy?

Depending on availability, please contact your Event Co-ordinator for updates on available upgrades.

Will our passports be ok if we leave the EU?

Please check the GOV.uk website for the latest advice.  Passports must have at least 6 months validity remaining from their inbound flight date. Upon Brexit, delays at security and immigration may be longer than usual so would advise arriving to the airport in good time and checking the flight status in case of delays.

Do I need a visa?

A GB passport holder does not require a tourist visa for Japan.   

Can you confirm which seats I have been allocated?

Seats numbers can be communicated to you closer to your travel date.
